Rockport Mail Center always has a bonded and certified Notary on staff during all business hours.  “We Do More” by offering a "Mobile Notary Service" for those instances when you cannot get to us.

Notary Services* are available for all Legal Documents, like:

• Contracts
• Real Estate documents
• Medical Release forms
• Wills
• Powers of Attorney
• Car Title Transfers 
• School Permission slips
• Child ID kits

 *Notary Services are provided based on the following assumptions: 

• Documents have been reviewed and all corrections have been made and the documents have been re-printed with the corrections. Specifically:
  • Names are spelled correctly.
  • All other corrections have been made.
• Signers are ready, willing, and able to Sign the Final Documents. Specifically:
  • Each Signer is coherent and understands what they are signing.
  • Each Signer has already reviewed the final documents to be signed.
  • Each Signer has a current Photo ID which reasonably matches their names as listed on the documents.
• Witnesses, if needed must be present when Documents are signed. Specifically:
  • Relatives and/or other potential beneficiaries cannot be a witness.
  • The notary cannot be a witness on a document they notarize.
• If Documents are being signed by POA, NOTE:
  • The Original or a Certified Copy of POA must be available for review.
  • The Documents should have been drawn with the POA in mind.
